The U.S. government announced a major incentive program on Friday, November 6, 2026, offering up to $20 million and potential relocation for critical intelligence regarding Iran’s nuclear operations.

The announcement came as President Donald Trump indicated during a Friday evening address that Tehran is urgently seeking an agreement to end ongoing hostilities.

The financial incentive was officially issued by the U.S. Department of State’s Rewards for Justice (RFJ) program and publicly disseminated on Friday via a social media statement from U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).

CENTCOM stated that the reward applies to actionable information concerning Iranian nuclear facilities, equipment, key personnel such as scientists, or the physical transfer of sensitive materials.

State Department officials cited severe monitoring blind spots as a primary motivation, noting that Iran’s ongoing non-compliance with safeguard obligations overseen by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has caused the international watchdog to suffer a critical “loss of continuity of knowledge” regarding the production and inventory of key components, including centrifuges.

Established in 1984 to protect American lives and security interests, the RFJ program is accepting confidential leads via encrypted channels such as Signal, Telegram, and the Tor Browser.

Speaking later Friday night, November 6, 2026, from West Palm Beach, Florida, President Trump addressed the situation following eight months of armed conflict in the region.

Asserting that previous military strikes had severely degraded Tehran’s nuclear infrastructure, Trump claimed that U.S. forces had effectively neutralized much of the threat, adding that Israel would not exist today had Washington not taken military action against Iran’s capabilities.

While stressing that months of warfare have heavily damaged Iran’s economy and military assets, the President noted that diplomatic channels remain open and that Iranian officials are eager to reach a settlement.

Despite expressing openness to a deal, Trump cautioned that Washington is keeping remaining strategic locations under close watch, referencing heavily fortified underground sites such as Pickaxe Mountain in central Iran as potential targets should diplomatic efforts fail.
