The Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District, Austin Akobundu, has declared that the South East geopolitical zone stands to gain significantly if former Vice President Atiku Abubakar emerges victorious in the next presidential election. Akobundu made the remarks while addressing supporters and political stakeholders, where he expressed optimism about the political future of the country under the leadership of the former Vice President.
The senator also commended the growing support being shown to Atiku across different parts of the country, describing it as a reflection of the confidence Nigerians have in his leadership abilities and vision for national transformation.
