A faith-based organization under the umbrella of the Christian Coalition for Good Governance has formally congratulated Governor Ademola Adeleke following his re-election victory in the Osun State governorship poll.
In a statement issued following the declaration of the official election results by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the leadership of the group commended the people of Osun State for conducting themselves peacefully throughout the voting process.
They described Governor Adeleke’s victory as a testament to public satisfaction with his administration’s first-term achievements, particularly in infrastructure, civil service welfare, and healthcare development.
The group urged the Governor to remain focused on inclusive governance, equitable resource distribution, and the security of lives and property across all local government areas. They also called on political opponents and non-state actors to put campaign rivalries aside and support the state administration in advancing socio-economic stability.
Governor Adeleke expressed gratitude to the Christian body and the general public for their continued prayers and electoral trust, reaffirming his administration’s resolve to deliver on its campaign promises over the next four years.
