From PAUL EJIME, Accra Ghana. Even before the announcement of the official results of Saturday’s presidential election, the ruling NPP candidate and outgoing vice-president Bawumia Mahamudu on Sunday conceded defeat to the opposition NDC candidate, former President John Mahama. He said
