The National President of the Association of South East Past Presidents-General (ASEPP), Mazi Omife I. Omife, MON (Mbuze Mbaukwu), paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Alhaji Atiku Abubakar yesterday. During the meeting, he formally invited the former Vice President to the upcoming 2nd General Assembly of ASEPP, scheduled for Owerri in November. The Association of South East Past Presidents-General (ASEPP) is a collection of former Town Union Presidents-General from across South Eastern Nigeria, spanning the five Igbo-speaking states. With approximately 4,000 members, it is the largest grassroots organization in the region. ASEPP was established to provide a sense of belonging and unity among former Presidents-General, enabling them to speak with one voice.
