Nigerian actress and evangelist Tonto Dikeh has officially announced the establishment of her new spiritual movement, New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT). The media personality shared the development via her social media page, describing the ministry as an interdenominational, global gathering rooted in biblical teachings.
The ministry draws its name and core inspiration from Scripture, referencing Mark 2:22 regarding new wine and old wineskins. Dikeh emphasised that the platform is not structured as a traditional church, but rather serves as a fellowship altar designed for prayer, apostolic training, and spiritual transformation for dedicated Christian believers.
According to the details published by the ministry, NWPT aims to foster spiritual revival and empower individuals to operate in prayer, soul-winning, and deliverance. The initiative reflects Dikeh’s ongoing transition towards full-time Christian ministry and public evangelism, following various recent faith-based activities and public teachings.
The weekly fellowship sessions are scheduled to take place every Friday evening at 6:00 PM in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The gatherings will be hosted upstairs at the Omini Grand Hotel (formerly Alexis Hotel), located near Masalachi Junction in the Jabi district.
The announcement marks a significant new chapter for the prominent Nollywood figure, who continues to expand her public platform into religious leadership. Dikeh expressed her vision for the ministry to serve as a space for believers seeking spiritual growth, deliverance, and a deeper engagement with Christian faith.
