On the 8th June 2026, since our beloved daughter, niece, granddaughter and sister, YUADOO SHIMA KANGE, disappeared from our family home at No. 12 Jooji Kyado Street, Off J.S. Tarka Way, by NKST Manyam, Gboko East.
She was sent to fetch her slippers where she was playing that evening under the mango tree in front of our family house in Gboko.
Yuadoo was only four years old when she went missing on the evening of 8th May 2026, between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
The emotional and psychological impact on the family has been devastating. Our family matriarch, Princess Dorothy Kange, has been hospitalised as a result of the trauma. Yuadoo’s mother, overwhelmed by shock, emotional distress and the burden of carrying another pregnancy while searching for her missing daughter, underwent a Caesarean operation to deliver her baby. Yet even in the midst of welcoming a new child, the pain of not knowing Yuadoo’s whereabouts are taunting.
Yuadoo is chocolate-complexioned, speaks both Tiv and English, and is intelligent enough to recognise familiar places. If brought around NKST Manyam, Jooji Kyado Street, or the surrounding area, she can likely identify her way home.
