Nigeria and Russia have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations following a high-level diplomatic meeting between Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Borisenko Evgenievich, and Nigeria’s newly appointed Ambassador to Russia, Joseph Iji, in Moscow.
