In Nigeria, members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) have already staged protests in several cities including Lagos, Kano, and Sokoto to express solidarity with Iran.
The Embassy has strongly advised U.S. citizens to remain in their residences throughout the day on March 4.
