The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has approved the appointment of Sabanti Nathan as the Acting Head of Service of the FCT Administration.
The appointment, which takes immediate effect, follows ongoing reforms in the FCTA aimed at strengthening the administrative framework and enhancing service delivery across the territory.
Nathan, a seasoned administrator in the FCTA civil service, is expected to oversee the management of the civil service structure, coordinate human resource operations, and drive the minister’s policy direction for effective governance.
Wike, while announcing the appointment, urged the new Acting Head of Service to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the transformation agenda of the administration. He noted that the FCT requires competent leadership in its civil service to meet the expectations of residents and implement the President Bola Tinubu-led government’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
