The Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, alongside the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, and several South-West governors, officially received President Bola Ahmed Tinubu today at the Gateway International Airport in Iperu. Tinubu arrived in Ogun State ahead of the eighth-day Fidau prayer for the late Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona, scheduled to take place at Dipo Dina International Stadium.
The presidential entourage also included First Lady Oluremi Tinubu. Upon arrival, the President inspected a guard of honour before proceeding to pay respects at the tomb of the revered monarch, who reigned for over 65 years, and also met with his immediate family.
