The 30th bienial meeting of the International Alliance of Catholic Knights (IACK) Worldwide, which commenced on Thursday 11th September, 2025 with an opening ceremony in a concelebrated Holy mass led by the Emeritus Archbishop of Cape Town,South Africa
at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa.
The high point of the 8-day meeting was the closing ceremony/ installation of the newly elected International President of IACK, Sir Charles Cobb,KSG , Past Supreme Knight of the Knights of Marshall and The Deputy International President, Nigerian born Sir Dr.Charles Mbelede, the Supreme Knight of the Knights of St.Mulumba Nigeria as the Deputy International President of IACK on Thursday 18th September, 2025.
The Supreme Knights of all the member countries / Orders were in attendance with their wives.
The closing mass was extraordinarily rich in attendance as we had the
Cardinal Archbishop of Johannesburg, His Eminence; Cardinal Stephen Bristin, His Grace; The Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Pretoria, Archbishop Slattery, CMF in attendance. The International Supreme Chaplain of IACK ,Reverend Fr. Brendran and other priests.
The International President and the Deputy International President are both to serve for a two year tenure. We pray God Almighty to grant them a very fruitful and impactful period of service in excellent health of mind and body through Christ our Lord Amen.
