The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated his Chief Police Security Officer (CPSO), CP Usman Musa Shugaba on 45th birthday today, 4th January, 2026.
In a birthday congratulatory message personally e-signed by President Tinubu and obtained by the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP stated that, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Police Commissioner Usman Musa Shugaba, his Chief Police Security Officer (CPSO), on his 45th birthday.”
In a message to Shugaba, President Tinubu wrote:
