The new Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd), Bayo Ojulari, has officially taken over the reins of the company from his predecessor, Mr. Mele Kyari.
Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the company Mr Olufemi Soneye in a statement made available to the press says, a brief handover ceremony was held at the NNPC Towers, where the GCEO commended Kyari for his contributions to the growth of NNPC Ltd and his services to the nation.
According to the statement, Ojulari also instituted a new management team with the objective of consolidating on the successes of his predecessor and advancing the company.
He further said that the GCEO would rely on the co-operation of management and staff of the company, as well as the counsel of his predecessor to achieve set targets.
