He highlighted that equipping domestic hospitals with state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical tools reduces the necessity for patients to seek advanced care in countries like India, the UAE, or Europe.
By upgrading local medical training programs and improving working conditions ensures healthcare practitioners remain in Nigeria to deliver high-quality care.
Dr. Okoye outlined that partnering with Nigerian medical experts abroad facilitates knowledge transfer, telemedicine integration, and complex medical procedures performed locally.
