As the Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere marks the 97th Posthumous Birthday celebration of its late leader Chief Ayo Adebanjo, who passed on recently, leadership of Ndigbo Lagos has indicated interest to participate in a public Symposium in honour of the nonagenarian on April 10, 2025.
In a statement at the weekend, Agbeze Ireke Kalu Onuma (Admin) said “given the significance of this event and the importance of inter-ethnic collaboration, Ndigbo Lagos intends to participate as part of the Ohaneze National delegation. The delegation will be led by the Deputy National President.”
According to the statement, the symposium which will hold at MUSON Centre, Onikan Lagos is expected to commence at 11am and all those
willing to participate have been asked to indicate their availability to attend, latest by April 7, 2025 to enable the facilitation of proper protocol arrangements for the Ohaneze National delegation.
