Ethical Leadership is imperative for us to change the narratives in Africa.
Money is not the ultimate . Let’s value our values .
We can ignore all the competitive things, overcome challenges, defeat all our enemies, triumph gloriously in every space, and achieve sustainable results if and only if we can build adequate capacities and capabilities to *raise* *the* *altitude* .
The perching and pecking of sparrow on eagles-neck inflict pains and unbearable discomfort on the eagle, but instead of the eagle to react, to the expectation of the sparrow ,it gives appropriate response by rolling 360 degrees and engage in a vertical flight modes to an altitude where the sparrows wouldn’t receive enough oxygen for breathing .
Eagles are distinctive in nature and character . They are monogamy and consecrated birds. They don’t feed on anything even when they are hungry .They are deliberate and intentional about the choice of food they eat. They patiently and gradually build to maturity within 2 to 3 years while other birds get matured in 6 months . No wonder they have the capacity to carry and predate on animals that are 20 times their weights.
Let’s be distinctive !
Let’s not be distracted !
Our vision is achievable.
Our goals are specific , measurable, attainable, realistic, and of course , time bound .
Let’s safeguard and protect our future !
Yes! Discipline is required !
Diligence is the key!
Therefore , I advise and advocate we gradually and patiently build appropriate capacities and capabilities adequate enough for us to engage in vertical flight modes that would enable us to raise the altitude far above the zone of accessibility and attainable heights of our competitions and enemies .
Perseverance and Endurance are the major traits of a Champion.
Remember , the rejected ones are needed .
Good morning !
