KSM ABUJA METROPOLITAN COUNCIL HONOURS ARCHBISHOP KAIGAMA IN A HEARTFELT COURTESY VISIT

​On Thursday, December 18, 2025, a high powered delegation from KSM, Abuja Metropolitan Council, paid a formal courtesy visit to the Catholic Archbishop of Abuja, His Grace, Most Rev. Ignatius Ayau Kaigama.

The group, led by Metro Grand Knight Sir Johnson Abiodun Jimoh, the Arcdioceand Chaplain Rev. Fr. Adakole Ali, the ever-supportive Metro President Lady Agnes Eneji, visited the Archbishop to strengthen the bond between the Order’s leadership and the Church.

​At the heart of the visit was the formal introduction of the newly elected Supreme Knight, Sir Steve Adehi, SAN CKSM, KSS, SK. The delegation shared the Order’s recent milestones and reaffirmed their dedication to serving the Church under the Archbishop’s spiritual guidance.

​The visit featured a distinguished group of leaders, including:

​The meeting was filled with a sense of “fraternal warmth.” Archbishop Kaigama, welcoming the delegation, noted that Sir Steve Adehi is no stranger to service, describing him as a veteran who is well-prepared for the journey ahead.

 

​Before offering his apostolic blessings, the Archbishop shared some fatherly advice for the new leadership:

Given how diverse Abuja is, His Grace emphasized the importance of inclusivity, urging the Supreme Knight to lead with a spirit of total unity.

​He reminded the leaders that their primary focus should always remain on spiritual and pastoral growth.

The visit concluded with a prayer for divine guidance, asking for wisdom and protection as the Metropolitan leadership begins this fresh chapter.
