It is incredibly inspiring to see brands use their platform for social good. You’re likely referring to Kanyeyachukwu (Kanye) Tagbo-Okeke, a 15-year-old autism advocate from Nigeria whose incredible journey is being backed by Indomie (Dufil Prima Foods).
As of March 2026, Indomie is actively supporting Kanye’s latest major project, titled “Journey of Possibility: #RideWithKanye.”
Kanye is embarking on a cross-country cycling journey from Enugu to Lagos. This isn’t just a ride, ( The Journey of Impossibility) but an official Guinness World Record attempt to become the youngest autistic individual to complete such a trek.
To advocate for greater understanding, inclusion, and support for those on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Indomie is providing more than just moral support. They are giving Financial support for his trip and Brand activations at various stops along the route to educate local communities and foster dialogue about autism.
Indomie first recognized Kanye during their Indomie Heroes Awards, an initiative that celebrates children who show exceptional bravery and resilience. By continuing to support him, they are helping move the conversation from mere “awareness” to “acceptance and opportunity.”
Kanye is no stranger to the spotlight. In April 2025, at age 15, he broke the Guinness World Record for the Largest Painting on Canvas by an Individual. His massive artwork, titled “Impossibility is a Myth,” covered over 12,000 square meters—nearly twice the size of a football field.
The cycling journey is scheduled to conclude in Lagos on World Autism Awareness Day (April 2nd), serving as a grand finale to a month of advocacy.
