Achimugu emphasized the need for verified passenger perspectives to ensure fairness and accountability, with NCAA officers set to conduct a fact-finding mission in Lagos to engage police and security personnel. The call follows the widely reported altercation involving a passenger, Comfort Emmanson, who assaulted crew members and security after refusing to switch off her phone, prompting the investigation into the safety breach.
