The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, held a high-stakes, closed-door meeting on Sunday with the Deputy President of the Senate, Barau Jibrin, and the Senator representing Kano Central Senatorial District, Rufai Hanga.

​”Regardless of political affiliation, leaders share a common responsibility to promote peace, strengthen democratic values, and work together in the best interest of our people,” Yilwatda stated. “Nigeria’s progress is best served when we build bridges of understanding, encourage constructive dialogue, and place the welfare of citizens above partisan interests.”
