Forbes’ methodology involved surveying over 300,000 employees across 50 countries, encompassing multinational companies with operations across multiple continents.
Employees rated their employers based on criteria including salary, professional development opportunities, diversity initiatives, and remote work options.
Data from the past three years was also considered, with a greater emphasis on recent employee feedback.
