Born in Oteri-Ughelli, he distinguished himself as a journalist, lawyer and lawmaker, earning respect across professional and political divides. Governor Oborevwori noted that Agas’ tenure in various leadership positions, including his role as Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and later as Secretary to the State Government, was defined by dedication, competence and unwavering integrity.
