The key components of the strategic action plan include Digital & Technical Upskilling; Virtual and hybrid cohort training in software development, customer service, data management, and green energy operations delivered in partnership with private sector providers.

Enterprise & Internship Grants: Financial stipends and startup support for participants transitioning directly into vocational entrepreneurship or corporate entry-level positions.
