Fresh documents have revealed that the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) officially approved Mr. Adeniyi Adeyemi, the disowned Director-General of the non-existent Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC) to attend the Canada-Africa Fintech Summit (CAFS) in August 2025.
The emerging details have raised serious questions regarding administrative oversight within the highest levels of government bureaucracy.
The leaked memos demonstrate that the OSGF formally processed and cleared Mr. Adeyemi’s travel and participation for the international summit in Canada.
The approval was granted under the banner of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), a body that authorities now confirm does not legally exist.
Government sources have since disowned Mr. Adeyemi, distancing the administration from his activities despite the existence of the official authorization letters bearing the office’s stamp.
