A new real estate publication, HomeReal Estate Today, has been launched to provide news, market analysis and expert insights on Nigeria’s property sector amid growing concerns over housing affordability and access to homeownership.
The publishers said the publication, available in both print and digital formats, is designed to serve as a platform for property investors, developers, homebuyers, policymakers and other stakeholders by providing timely information on developments within the real estate industry.
According to the publishers, the publication will cover residential and commercial property markets, affordable housing initiatives, mortgage financing, regulatory developments and emerging investment opportunities.
A spokesperson for the publication said the platform aims to bridge information gaps in the sector by promoting informed decision-making and highlighting practical solutions to challenges facing Nigeria’s housing market.
The launch comes as the country continues to face a significant housing deficit, with rising construction costs, inflation and limited access to mortgage financing making homeownership increasingly difficult for many Nigerians.
The publication also plans to feature reports on government housing policies, private sector developments, innovative financing models and emerging technologies shaping the real estate industry.
The maiden edition is now available, with subsequent editions expected to provide regular coverage of key issues affecting Nigeria’s housing and property market.
