Nigerians expect enhanced features for the backend transmission to the IReV (INEC Result Viewing) portal. Previous versions faced “glitches” during high-traffic periods; an upgrade suggests better load balancing or offline-sync capabilities.
These memos usually detail the “three-tier” security arrangement inter-agency cooperation between the Police, Civil Defence (NSCDC), and potentially the military for outer perimeters in high-risk areas.
