The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has scored a major breakthrough in its fight against drug trafficking, arresting eleven suspected dealers and recovering sixty-eight bags of cannabis in a string of raids across Abuja.

The coordinated operations, carried out by the Command’s Anti-Narcotics Unit, targeted notorious drug black spots, disrupting criminal supply chains and dealing a heavy blow to drug-related crime in the nation’s capital.

Police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, said the crackdown reflects the Command’s determination to rid communities of harmful substances fueling insecurity.

She urged residents to remain vigilant and provide credible information through the Command’s emergency lines: 08061581938, 08032003913, CRU: 08107314192.
