A Chinese affairs expert and former APC presidential aspirant, Chief Charles Udo Udeogaranya, has advised President Tinubu to vigorously push for production and export as a path to rescuing the Nigerian economy from its current crisis.
The former presidential aspirant lamented the absence of Nigerian products in China, decrying the complete emptiness of Nigeria’s column at China Africa Export Hall in China, a clear indication that Nigeria is not serious about promoting numerous economic resources in the country for foreign investors and importers to see, with a view to developing interest in importing such products into China or developing and processing them Nigeria for export to China.
According to Chief Udeogaranya, while President Tinubu is to be completely blamed for this state of affairs, the time has come for him to put his hands on the plow and do the needful, going forward.
The former presidential aspirant concluded that a better Nigeria is still possible if the present administration will push for vigorous export of finished goods at best or a start-up with raw goods, by ensuring that all bottlenecks are removed.
